Due 7 Days Prior
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event unless otherwise stated in writing.
30 Miles Included
Travel is included up to 30 miles from Los Angeles 90001. Additional distance may be billed at $0.75 per mile.
How Booking Works
Booking, Payments & Date Holds
Your event date is not officially reserved until the agreement is completed and the 30% retainer has been paid. Availability is first-come, first-served, and unpaid holds may be released.
Late Payments
Bookings not paid by the due date may be cancelled and the date may be released.
Overtime
Any additional time requested on site must be approved and may be billed in increments based on the package and availability.
Idle Time
If the booth is set up but paused at the client’s request, idle time may be billed separately.
Policies
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather
The retainer is non-refundable because your date is removed from availability once booked. Rescheduling may be allowed depending on notice and date availability.
Client Cancellation
If cancelling close to the event date, the remaining balance may still be due depending on timing and preparation already completed.
Rescheduling
One reschedule may be allowed when requested with enough notice and when the new date is available.
Outdoor Weather
Outdoor setups require flat, dry, and covered space. Rain, high winds, unsafe conditions, or venue hazards may require relocation, pause, or cancellation of service.
Photos + Files
Usage, Privacy & Gallery Delivery
If a digital gallery is included, it is typically delivered within 72 hours and retained for 60 days. Clients should download and back up their files promptly.
Content Usage
Studio RDRGZ LA may use non-private event photos or setup content for portfolio and social media unless the client opts out in writing.
Opt-Out Requests
Clients may request that gallery images not be used publicly. Setup-only content may still be requested separately when appropriate.
Gallery Retention
Galleries are retained for a limited period. Extension or early deletion may be requested when available.
Event Responsibility
Equipment, Safety & Damages
Clients are responsible for guest behavior around the booth, printer, props, backdrops, and electronics. Unsafe conditions may cause service to pause or end.
Damages
Damage or loss caused by the client, guests, or venue may be billable.
Children
Children should be supervised near equipment, cords, printers, and booth structures.
Food + Drinks
Food and drinks should stay away from electronics, printer media, props, and backdrops.
