Travel is included up to 30 miles from Los Angeles 90001, then $0.75 per mile.

Booking & Retainers

How do I reserve my date?

Your date is reserved once the agreement is completed and the 30% non-refundable retainer is paid.

Is the retainer refundable?

No. The retainer is non-refundable because your date is removed from availability once booked.

When is the balance due?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Packages

What is the difference between Classic and Premium?

Classic is the iPad booth experience. Premium is the DSLR booth experience with professional flash lighting and unlimited prints.

Does Digital-Only include props or a backdrop?

No. Digital-Only is a drop-off style digital experience and does not include physical props, backdrop, or attendant.

Can I add the inflatable booth?

Yes. The Inflatable LED Booth can be added when available and is included free for 4+ hour bookings when stated in the package rules.

Setup & Travel

How much space do you need?

A minimum setup area of 10ft x 10ft with at least 8ft of clearance is required.

Do you need power?

Yes. We need one standard 110–120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area.

How does travel work?

Travel is included up to 30 miles from Los Angeles 90001. Additional distance may be billed at $0.75 per mile.

Prints, Gallery & Keepsakes

When is the gallery delivered?

If included, the digital gallery is typically delivered within 72 hours.

How long is the gallery available?

The gallery is retained for 60 days. Clients should download and back up files promptly.

Do you offer magnets or audio guestbook?

Yes. Magnet keepsakes and audio guestbook can be added when available. The Luxury USB keepsake is available only with Audio Guestbook.

Outdoor Events & Safety

Can the booth be outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor setups require flat, dry, covered space and safe conditions.

What happens if it rains or gets windy?

Service may be relocated, paused, or stopped if weather or conditions are unsafe for equipment or guests.

Who is responsible for damages?

The client is responsible for damage or loss caused by guests, venue conditions, or misuse around equipment.

Business, Sponsors & Venue Requirements

Are you insured and registered?

Yes. Studio RDRGZ LA is a registered Los Angeles business and carries business insurance through Next Insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request for venues that require one.

Can you provide a COI for my venue?

Yes. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, let us know before the event so we can prepare the COI with the correct venue details.

Can venues request vendor documents?

Yes. Venues, schools, and organizations can request vendor documents when needed. Please send all requirements as early as possible so we can review them before the event date.

Can a sponsor’s logo or branding be added?

Yes. Sponsor logos or branding can be added to the photo template, digital gallery, signage, or booth experience when requested before the event. Final placement depends on the selected package, design space, and approval timeline.

Can a sponsor cover the photo booth for an event?

Yes. If a business, organization, or sponsor is covering the photo booth cost, we can include sponsor-friendly branding options such as logo placement on the photo overlay, “Presented by” wording, or sponsor acknowledgment on event materials when appropriate.

When do sponsor details need to be submitted?

Sponsor logos, wording, and branding requests should be submitted before the design deadline so the final overlay can be reviewed and approved before the event.

Do you offer brand activation photo booth experiences?

Yes. Studio RDRGZ LA can support brand activations, sponsored events, vendor booths, pop-ups, school events, and community events with custom overlays, sponsor logo placement, digital sharing, branded gallery options, and guest-friendly photo experiences.

What can be branded for a sponsor or business?

Branding can include the photo template, sponsor logos, “Presented by” wording, digital gallery details, booth signage, and event-specific design elements. Final options depend on the package, timeline, and available design space.

Privacy & Content Usage

Will my event photos be posted?

Studio RDRGZ LA may use non-private event photos or setup content for portfolio/social media unless the client opts out.

Can I opt out of content usage?

Yes. Tell us in writing before the event if you do not want gallery images used publicly.

Can setup-only content be used?

Setup-only content is often safer to share, but we still respect client privacy requests and venue restrictions.
