Setup Basics
Space, Power & Placement
To keep the booth safe, clean, and guest-friendly, the setup area should be flat, accessible, and clear before arrival.
Minimum Area
Please reserve at least a 10ft x 10ft area with 8ft of clearance. Some setups, especially inflatable booth options, may need extra room.
Power
We need one standard 110–120V outlet within 25 feet. Extension needs should be discussed before the event.
Walkway + Line Flow
Avoid placing the booth where guests block entrances, dance floors, catering lines, emergency exits, or vendor paths.
Weather + Safety
Outdoor Events
Outdoor events can look amazing, but the setup must be protected from weather and unsafe conditions.
Covered Space
Outdoor setups should have a covered area, especially for printer, electronics, props, and guest flow.
Surface
The setup area should be flat, dry, and stable. Grass, dirt, slopes, or uneven surfaces may require extra prep.
Weather
Rain, strong wind, extreme heat, dust, or unsafe conditions may require relocation or pausing service.
Load-In
Venue Access & Parking
Smooth load-in helps the booth start on time. Please confirm venue rules, access points, elevators, parking, and vendor instructions before the event.
Parking
Client is responsible for parking fees, valet, tolls, or venue-related access costs when applicable.
Load-In Time
Setup may take up to 60 minutes before service begins. Complex setups may need more time.
Venue Contact
A venue or day-of contact should be available in case we need help with access, power, or placement.
Add-On Requirements
Inflatable Booth Notes
The inflatable LED booth creates a strong visual experience but needs extra space and stable power.
Space
Inflatable booth setups need a clear area with enough room for the booth, entry, stanchions, table, and guest line.
Power
The blower and booth lighting require reliable power. Outlet access should be confirmed ahead of time.
Safety
Inflatable booth placement may be adjusted if wind, crowding, or venue layout creates safety concerns.
